(A) IgG2 antibody levels (µg/mL) predicted at different ages by the linear equation modeled in the variance component analysis based on all subjects combined (periodontally healthy and diseased). Predicted IgG2 levels are presented separately for black and white races, females and males, and smokers and non-smokers. Points on the lines represent predicted values for individual subjects within the group represented by the line, plotted at the subject’s actual age at the time of IgG2 measurement.
