Ninety-five percent confidence intervals are shown as bars. The values to the left of 1 show species more common in health than in disease, and those to the right of 1 show species more common in disease than in health. Confidence intervals could not be calculated for F. nucleatum or G. morbillorum, since there were 0 subjects without the bacteria in the disease group.
