Figure 1. Attachment of periodontal ligament cells, alveolar bone-derived cells, and gingival fibroblasts to protein(s) bound to an anti-CP column. Cementoblastoma-derived cells conditioned medium (500 mL) were used for CP purification. Attachment activity at different protein concentrations is shown. Silver-stained gel showed protein(s) from cementoblastoma-derived cells present in conditioned medium which bound to an anti-CP column. Arrow indicates CP migration. Periodontal ligament cells {blacksquare}, alveolar bone-derived cells •, and gingival fibroblasts {blacktriangledown} .
