The Induction of Gene Mutations and Micronuclei by Oxiranes and Siloranes in Mammalian Cells in vitro

The numbers of micronuclei were determined in three replicate cultures per concentration (mean ± SD) in the presence (+) and absence (-) of a homogenate from rat liver (S9). Each compound was tested at least in two independent experiments, and data from one representative experiment are presented.
