Thresholds for light touch detection and two-point discrimination on the hand and in the mouth, and oral and manual stereognosis ability were measured in patients with untreated Cushing's syndrome and normal volunteers. Results indicated that patients with Cushing's syndrome displayed decreased two-point discrimination on the tongue and palate and decreased oral stereognosis.
