Development of Multisurface Caries in Susceptible and Resistant Rats

Sublines of Hunt-Hoppert caries-susceptible rats showed higher sulcal and smooth surface caries scores than Hunt-Hoppert caries resistant rats when exposed to microflora obtained from Osborne-Mendel rats and fed a high sucrose diet.
