Buffering Action of Krebs-Ringer-Phosphate Solutions in Respiration Studies of Dental Pulp

This study shows the buffering limitations of Krebs-Ringer-phosphate solution in the presence of acid production by dental pulp and indicates the need for appropriate selection of suspending fluid volume and tissue sample mass in reaction vessel loads.
