JAMES L. MCDONALD JR. 1, GEORGE K. STOOKEY 1, and JOSEPH C. MUHLER 1

1 Preventive Dentistry Research Institute, Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, 410 Beauty Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA 46202
