In the course of continuing research concerning the synthesis and evaluation of new anticariogenic agents, a new compound, indium heptafluorozirconate (InZrF7), was developed. This compound was found to have potential use as an anticariogenic agent. The purpose of this report was to summarize the methods of synthesis of the compound and to define some of its chemical, physical, biologic, and toxicologic properties.
