Application of Lyophilized Dentin Chips, Mixed with Prednisolone and Neomycin, on Infected Rat Incisor Pulp

Saliva-infected rat incisor pulp was capped with lyophilized dentin chips mixed with prednisolone and neomycin. The mixture prevented development of inflammation in this tissue. In several teeth, even mineralized bridge formation was observed.
