The immune responses of host Swiss mice to heterotransplants of guinea pig tooth germs were decreased when donor serum or donor embryo extracts were administered to the hosts. The change observed with serum wsas, in fact, very dramatic, as was evidenced by the absence of lymphocytes about the transplants. The control transplants usually disappear entirely after 3 or 4 weeks, which was not true where donor serum or embryo extracts were given.
