Mental Stress and Oral Diseases

In this study population there was no relationship between DMF score and mental stress as measured by components of MMPI, and there was a significant relationship (P = 0.01) between periodontal disease as measured by Russell's Periodontal Index and mental stress as measured by the Welsh Anxiety Scale of the MMPI.
