Histochemical Analysis of Lesions in Incipient Dental Caries. II. Sulfhydryl and Disulfide Radicals

A sensitive method for the possible demonstration of sulfhydryl radicals within the dentinal tubules was presented. Evidence that sulfhydryl groups disappear during the pathogenesis of incipient dentinal caries was shown.
