CULTIVATION OF RAT MOLAR TOOTH GERMS IN CARREL FLASKS. I

Rat molar tooth germs may be successfully cultivated in Carrel flasks. Rat embryo extract provides a better nutrient media than chick embryo extract.

Using media made from bodies of the same age as the explant, survival, growth, and two days of development occurred.
