A SIMPLIFIED INSTRUMENT FOR MEASUREMENT OF FOOD PLATFORM AREA

An improved design of food platform area meter has been prepared. The new equipment has many advantages in portability and cost. It possesses the precision of the older instrument, and can be adjusted to eliminate intrinsic errors in the former equipment.
