NAOMI C. TURNER ED.M.1, GEORGE E. CROWELL D.M.D.1, and HOWARD DEXTER D.D.S.1

1 Bio-Chemistry Laboratory of the Forsyth Dental Infirmary for Children, Boston, Mass.

Material spooned out from below the floor of a carious lesion and filtered through a Seitz filter was placed upon the chorio-allantoic membrane of chick embryos.
