Cell cultures were incubated with annexin V-FITC (apoptotic cells) and PI (necrotic cells) and analyzed by flow cytometry. The representative dual-parameter fluorescence histograms were derived from cell cultures exposed to various TEGDMA concentrations for 24 hrs.
